Since entering the industry in 1987 I have held various positions within two of the largest insurance companies in the UK. In 1993 with the loss of my job due to a nationwide redundancy programme, the future was sealed.  I focused on establishing an Independent Financial Advice proposition aimed at offering tailored financial solutions to private clients.

Having worked alongside Craig for over 10 years and having established a property investment business together some years earlier the natural next step was for us to establish our own financial practice.  Pooling our experience has allowed us to specialise in different areas, enabling us to both serve our clients, whatever their particular needs may be.

Having started as a Financial Adviser in March 1999, I now provide a professional fully independent mortgage and protection service for my clients.  By dealing with people efficiently and with understanding I can offer a bespoke mortgage advisory service to ensure my clients have the very best products to suit their circumstances.  My business has grown significantly through recommendations and referrals and I am keen to continue growth in this way.

Following a decision to further my career I have elected to join Jalapeno as a qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor. My aim is simple. I want to provide a helpful and friendly service to new clients in all aspects of their mortgage dealings.

I have recently joined Jalapeno (UK) Ltd having worked with one of the cities major Building Societies for over 16 years.  My experience lies within the mortgage sector having worked for the Building Society liasing with local mortgage advisors.  My role here is supporting the business to ensure we deliver the professional level of service we strive to.  I am also the main point of contact for all ongoing mortgage applications, providing key stage updates and information to advisors and clients on current cases.
