A mortgage is a loan secured against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
How much will you have to pay for our mortgage services?
For establishing your needs, undertaking research and making a recommendation, we charge a total fee of £449,
£300 payable at outset and £149 payable following receipt of the offer of mortgage advance, including non-portfolio Buy to Let mortgages.
Portfolio Buy to Let mortgages (where there are four or more mortgaged Buy to Let properties) our fee is £999. £600 payable at the outset and £399 payable following receipt of the offer of mortgage advance.
For a further advance / product transfers we charge a total fee of £399, £200 payable at outset and £199 payable following receipt of the offer of mortgage advance.
Where there is additional work carried out when assisting with more complex adverse mortgages, the total fee charged will typically be £749. For example, with impaired credit mortgages we typically charge a fee of £749, £500 payable at outset and £249 payable following receipt of the offer of mortgage advance.
